• Design includes the Old Orchard Neighborhoods Association logo and the year your home was built. 

• 8 inch diameter plaque is cast in the USA from recycled aluminum.

• Raised satin aluminum graphics and text with gloss black textured background.

• Each plaque is carefully inspected for imperfections that may impact the appearance or finish durability.

• Comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and screws. Additional anchor hardware may be needed depending on the mounting material.

• Orders will be collected by OONA and released to the manufacturer at the end of each month. Delivery is 5-6 weeks from the release date. 

• Cost is $175 per plaque including shipping. If multiple plaques are desired, please enter each as a separate order.
